Habits

Habits are a thing that is very concrete they can't be broken easily and some people can hardly keep a habit going. Or end a habit once you started a habit you can hardly end it very fast. Many people have started a habit in their day-to-day lives and worked very hard to stop it or end it. Say you start a habit it's just drinking one cup of orange juice at breakfast lunch and dinner and you do it for say twenty years that habit is know cemented it will be very hard to break unless you don't buy orange juice for awhile!
