 Some people Just say yes to everything and never learn to say No so eventually they have piled up so much stuff they have to do nothing is getting done good or right and they forget to do some things eventually nothing they do is being done good enough so no one can use what they  do once all that happens no one will trust them to get done what they want done good enough so they won't have anything for them to do this at a job you'll get fired do this at a project at school you'll get a bad grade do this at a church project people will think you don't that's why you need to learn the No factor
