So why did Russia invade Ukraine? There are many reasons why the first is the of gas and etc Ukraine has enough gas and natural gas to get itself bigger and better than Russia oil and gas. Russia is one of the biggest distributors of natural gas. Another reason is if Ukraine joined NATO forces would be able to easily invade Ukraine a war which Russia knows it will lose as NATO has the better equipment and technology.
