Anne of Greene Gables is about a young youth who is a very poetic and thoughtful child she then went to an orphanage and then was adopted by two older people who wanted the boy so that they could have help with the farm and they were quite mad when they realized that they had gotten a girl though they learned to like her and then they raised her and then they all grew up together
