Ice storms

Ice storms are sometimes serious business they can destroy many things as everything gets sometimes a thick coat of ice roads cars trees everything caught outside in the storm if humans get caught out in the storm and they don't get in they can easily freeze to death a fun fact that in the icelandic ocean without the proper gear you would freeze to death in seconds or about one minute what really makes ice storms dangerous is not during the the storm but after as the roads are so icey its impossible to drive trees loose all their limbs and they fall down onto people houses and onto their cars or other possessions if you here about a ice storm you need to batten down the hatches

Thanksgiving celebrations

 Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of year many people celebrate it. But did you know that its a solid christian holiday when the pilgrims arrived in plymouth. They eventually had a celebration giving thanks to God for there life food and there good friends and there many blessings. So if you celebrate thanksgiving than you are giving thanks to God even if you don't mean to you are know did you give God a place at your table?

Flamethrower

 The flamethrower was a new invention late in world war 1 the germans invented. When they decided to assault verdun they shot shells for over ten hours What french where left where deaf and all jelly they quickly started retreating the fortress of verdun. All was going good until the german infantry arrived with flamethrowers a new invention and grenades imagine being met by a new invention of terrifying liquid fire and you just survived a ten hour bombing!

 As Jack and the rebel traveled they ran into a party of soldiers the soldiers immediately started after them the chase continued until they hit open country Jack and the Reb split of the trail a few arrows trickled after them but didn't hit them then a clump of rocks came up in front of them they jumped into them and immediately threw rocks and anything they can the soldiers stopped and arranged themselves into a shield wall nothing they threw stopped them they where in for it.

  the second problem on the journey was food and water every 3 or 4 days they stayed in a inn and got a hot meal coffee and everything that you get out of a inn they also bought food from the inns after  2 weeks of traveling Jack got sick from not enough nutritious food after staying in hiding for almost a week from some soldiers out trying to catch them after about 3 days of rest and better food they headed out again going slower not even hitting 1/6 of there journey the next adventure they would have would be big.

  It started the next day they scavenged up food enough for a few days they also had a few weapons and changes of clothes they then started on their journey nothing really happened as they traveled they reach Tanger and stayed in a inn which turned out to be a bad idea there where several soldiers there  they asked about their papers for traveling but neither of them had them and they where both young and strong and carried weapons the soldiers thought they where Rebels so a chase ensued the soldiers where faster and caught up the rebel had training with a weapons and to the Rebel force was a good soldier Jack didn't have much training with a sword the Rebel told him to him grab a large stick like a club and use that as clubs don't need much skill then the soldiers came Jack took on by surprise and landed a hard hit on his arm the soldier fell his arm almost chopped all the way through the bone the next engaged the The Rebel and the next also went for the Rebel Jack using his club landed several hard hits on the soldier and he fell unconscious The Rebel was knocked down by the last soldier and would have been ended if not Jack had came up delivered a powerful whack on his helmet he turned dazed throwing up his shield to protect himself and from the back The Rebel caught and they quickly tied him up using some rope they had brought along and that was the first of the many difficulty's they would get caught up in

 The Rebel concealed himself in the basement of the small house that Jack and he lived in they dug a small hole and placed some bricks in front of the hole then Jack went up stairs then disaster struck 10 soldiers broke into the house they took some valuables that Jack had on the mantel and then they went to basement and started searching and looting the basement they took all the beer casks and food they could find luckily they didn't find the Rebel after they left taking all the food stores Jack could see that he didn't have enough food left to stay in the town as the soldiers had already taken most of the food in the town Jack and the Rebel decided to go to Changai but it would be a dangerous journey as they weren't allowed to leave the country and dangerous journey
